Overwhelmed with your 'to-dos'? Focus on how you want to Feel.

Let your actions follow from that feeling.

I woke up thinking I had 30 things to do today. Message this person, finish this, read that, cook, clean this, write that, etcetera.
Of course I got so overwhelmed that I didn’t feel like doing any of it. Then I asked: What do I want to feel today? BREATHE.
Today I want to feel healthy. I want my clients and family to feel loved. I want to feel at ease while doing all of that.
So instead of 30 things to do, now I have 3 feelings to create: healthy, loving and at ease.
So. What do you want to feel today? What actions would create that feeling?
